Needed to: understand if their packaging carried any 'stand-out' appeal to consumers in an already busy and overcrowded category

Methodology: on the spot Intercepts at fixture in store, with vox pops to bring the findings to life

Outcome: clear instant feedback on how their new packaging was working in situ, suggestions to consider for future packaging re-designs

Methodology: in-home depth interviews were filmed to produce a succinct video, later played in their pitch

Outcome: an understanding of the customer journey from looking and booking to going on holiday, need states throughout the journey, levels of communication required, and future improvements to consider

Needed to: understand the health & beauty market in more detail and test some new product development ideas for future launch

Methodology: group discussions with both existing customers and potential customers

Outcomes: provide the supplier with a detailed understanding of the health and beauty market, including who their customers are, how and why they are choosing health & beauty products, the importance of brands and loyalty, need states and spend in this category
